What type of security do you use on your site?
Answer:
Skylights Online orders are sent over the Internet using PGP encryption.
PGP provides protection against anyone eavesdropping on the network.
Even if the information is intercepted, it is completely unreadable
to the snooper. Authentication identifies the origin of the information,
certainty that it is authentic, and that it has not been altered.
2. I am concerned about giving my Credit Card
number, what are my options?
Answer:
After you have added items to your shopping cart and are ready to
place an order, choose the "order offline" option instead
of "secure order". At this point you can either print
out the order and fax it to Skylights Online with the Credit Card
number written in or you can call Skylights Online. A representative
will be able to view your order after you give him/her your e-mail
address. You will then be able to give your Credit Card number to
Skylights Online over the phone.

Answer:
YES. Use the navigation
on the left side of the screen to navigate to the pricing of each
skylight.

How competitively priced are your skylights?
Answer:
We have not found a more competitive source over the internet!
Shipping
Questions
1. Is shipping included?
Answer:
No. A shipping charge equal to 7% of the total product cost (excluding
tax) will be added during the checkout process.

How long will it take to get my skylights?
Answer:
The Thermo-Lite series carries a lead time of 2 weeks. The Metro-Lite series carries a lead time of 4 weeks. All custom/special orders carry a lead time of 4-6 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?
Answer:
We ship skylights only within the Continental USA. Shipping to other
destinations must be done through the freight forwarder of your
choice (this company would have to be located in the United States).
Please explore the freight forwarder option to your area and contact
us to confirm the suitability of arrangements before proposing
an order.
